Rationale
Law encompasses legal theory (the theoretical foundations of the law, including philosophy of law (or jurisprudence), history of  law, sociology of law, and law and economics); legal systems (civil law, common law, and religious law); legal areas (public law (constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law); private law (contract law, tort law, property law), and international law); legal institutions (the judiciary system and the legislature system); legal issues (e.g., human rights issues, end of life issues, and copyright issues); national legal systems (subdivided by countries); and legal professions, in particular those connected with conflict resolution (see also sub-cat. 7.3.2.10)  (C. Zins, 2011).
